We are going to help teach those of you who have never used a staffing agency about the process.

Step 1: Application

  • I applied for a position using one of Annashae Staffing’s Social Media outlets.
  • I forwarded my CV to the company.
  • Upon receipt of my CV, I was contacted by a recruiter.
  • The recruiter elaborated on the Job Position, collected additional information and answered any questions that I had. Lastly, she ensured that I met the basic requirements for the position and confirmed my interest.
  • My information was then passed on to the Credentialing department.

Step 2: Credentialing

  • Using the information gathered by the recruiter, the credentialing department prequalified me for the position.  Prequalification included verification of my license, certifications, as well as a brief background check.
  • With a clear background check, I was officially prequalified for the position. I am now a prospect for the position.
  • I received a letter of interest and release as well as a request for references.
  • After forwarding the requested information, I officially move to the next stage.

Step 3:  Privileging/Scheduling

  • The Credentialing Department sent me the applications for the position in question.  80% of the forms were already pre-populated by Annashae Staffing.
  • After I completed the facility application, Annashae reviewed and sent the forms to the facility for final review.
  • Upon review of the forms, the facility approved me and granted me privileges to work.
  • I was contacted by the Annashae’s scheduling department and the facility before I had my orientation.

By working with Annashae, I have been able to choose my schedule and have been given multiple opportunities to supplement my income.
