Site visits

We make every effort to keep up with today’s challenges and changes in the healthcare field. For the benefit of our clients and candidates, we focus on researching the latest trends and gathering valuable information from site visits.

Credentialing

Education, training, references and credentials are thoroughly evaluated and screened. All licensures and certifications are kept up to date and in compliance with your facilities regulatory and monitoring programs.  Our clients and candidates are informed of the results and must be in mutual agreement that a professional relationship would be beneficial. 

Recruitment

Through our experience and diversified resources, our staffing team is able to identify qualified and interested candidates. Initial interviews are conducted via telephone and qualified healthcare professionals are ultimately invited to meet with our representatives face to face. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible fit.

Scheduling

Our scheduling department maintains a roster of healthcare professionals and provides your facility with a monthly schedule of healthcare providers, along with a written notification of schedule changes. It is our responsibility to fill shifts during absences and emergent situations.
