Community

Staffing is aid. Our sense of community is a reflection of our history. Annashae supports non-profit organizations that support the professionals and the clients we serve. Doing good makes doing what we do every day more efficient.  It also means that by using our services our professionals and clients are advocating for themselves.    

Relationship

Staffing is personal. We assert that working environments where there is emotional interconnectedness are profitable and productive. We focus on a specific form of customer service that works to blend a client’s mission with a candidates career path. In this way, diplomacy and attentiveness are inherent in all our interactions.

Prosperity

Staffing is growth. Overcoming obstacles takes practice. Learning the art behind good staffing relies upon the correct mindset. History has shown that when the economy changes, or a professional and a client experience negative circumstances, a staffing firm is most likely to react to their constituencies fear rather than respond to their needs.  We respond to needs.  Instead of treating the symptoms of a problem we prefer to cure the disorder. Making any connection to bring about a solution just isn’t enough. The connection has to be the right connection, and the solution has to be the best solution; it must fit into one perfect design.
